ANSWERS TO PRAYERS FOR OUR EVANGELISTIC OUTREACH AND CRUSADE AND AN AMAZING STORY

There has been so much fruit from your prayers for the evangelistic outreach and crusade. It has been an exciting and full month. As I shared last month, two of our Life-Giving Churches conducted an evangelistic outreach by sending a small group of men, women, and youth out to meet their neighbors door to door. And you were part of the prayer team. At the end of the week, the two small groups saw 73 new salvations, many demons cast out, and some miraculous healings to demonstrate the love and power of Jesus Christ our Lord.

At the same time our headquarters church in Marose hosted a week long prayer, worship/crusade service, open to anyone wanting to sing and praise the name of Jesus. They featured corporate worship and special performances by several Choirs from the area. By the end of the week the Life-Giving Church at Marose saw 52 new salvations, many demons cast out, and several miraculous healings.

The church in Pass Rien also at the same time hosted a 40 days of prayer crusade and from that comes Madam Elida’s amazing story.

In Madam Elida’s own words, “I thank God so much for everything He has done for me. My name is Elida. I am from Passe Rien. I am 35 years old. For 20 years, I was unable to walk. Satan held me captive. I visited many *bokos* (witch doctors), but nothing worked. I was constantly ill. Doctors told me I would never walk again. I was handicapped, crippled and I was still sick.

“At last I felt God speaking with me to ask the Good Shepherd Church leaders to pray for me and I did it. I was in deep sorrow and very sad. My man didn’t know what to do anymore. I told him, “I am going to convert.” He agreed that I should accept Jesus, and our whole family gave our lives to Jesus together. Pastors Nathan and Jean Denis were there for us. I was still very sick.

“My man insisted we attend the 40 days of prayer at the Bon Berger Church in Pass Rien. Pastor Nathan was praying with many people. I was lying down and couldn’t get up. I heard Pastor Nathan say, “The lady lying on the ground, get up and walk.” I tried right where I was, but I couldn’t walk. He said again, “Lady lying on the ground, come to me.” I sat up. Pastor Nathan asked me to come forward, and he touched my legs. I felt something leaving my legs. Then he told me to walk, and right then and there, I walked. I wept a lot. I was truly happy for this great deliverance. I thank God so much. I thank Pastor Nathan so much.

“I feel my life has changed. I will not leave God for anything in the world. We choose to get married and soon I am going to be baptized. I ask you to continue helping me with your prayers. I love the Bon Berger Church in Pass Rien, it brings life.”

We cannot thank you enough for your prayers and support. They are bearing so much fruit. They are bringing life to the people of Haiti. “For the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He will reward each according to his works.” Matthew 16:27 NKJV
